This helps the body to relax, reduce stress, and remove the strain on the muscle. The oils from the plant extracts and are completely natural. The special oils used in Aromatherapy are plant extracts that have an established scientific history of helping the body relax. It is usually done through inhalation or application. In inhalation, it will involve diffuser containers, spray, or oil droplets, that are inhaled in a steam bath. They provide various benefits like respiratory disinfection, decongestant, and psychological benefits. When the molecules reach through the nose and mouth, they are passed on to other body parts and when they reach the brain, they produce soothing effects by balancing hormones, heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, and stress.


The therapist has to see whether the person’s skin is allergic or sensitive to it. Allergy to an external substance is normal.
