Lightbulb Avoid following food to remain slim and healthy

Its a truth that any thing consumed in excess is always devastating for the health, so please avoid excessive consumption of following stuff to keep your body flab free:

Cheese
This food item is rich source of the proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Chicken
This is the source of carbohydrates and cholesterol that makes you fat and harms your heart health.

Meat
It is the food item that increases the amount of the fats in the body

Egg
Here comes again the most favorite food item of everybody. They have become a staple diet of some people. Eating them in excess like 4 or 5 eggs in a day harms your health and nullifies the effect of protein content.

Ice cream
Avoid it taking regularly because it increases the weight of the person very fast.

Chocolates
You need to reduce the intake of the chocolates in order to maintain the body weight. Chocolates are the rich source of fats and carbohydrates

Hi Alex. All the food items that you have mentioned above are 100% responsible to increase body fats. We must really avoid them so as to remain slim but I also think that along with balanced diet all we must do is regular exercise. The diet does our 50% job internally and the rest 50% is done by our physical exercises. Young folks are advised to have good workouts as it is the time to built up their bodies as they wish. Older people can opt to at least go for walk or jogging early in the morning as well as in evening.

Great list Alex,
Definitely if you want to be slim and healthy, you should also take care of your diet. It is very important to know how many calories you consume and how many calories you burn for weight loss.

I simpler rule would be to reduce the carbs and sugary foods in your diet. Replace with naturally occuring sugayr fruits and as for carbs try slow burning foods like humous, lentils, & chick peas as oppose to potatoes and bread.

good observation Alex. Its really so well written. We cant even imagine that even such small stuff can make us stand in a bad situation.
